How do I return an item?

Were sorry you are wanting to return your item. Please take the packaged, unused item to your local post office and return to the address given on the invoice.

Do I have to pay to return an item?

Yes. However, under our discretion, in certain circumstances return costs will be refunded. You will be notified if this is the case.

How long does it take for a refund to be processed?

Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we will notify you of the status of your refund. We aim to process refunds as soon as possible, however the time it takes for you to receive your refund can vary depending on your card issuer’s policies and procedures.

Are there any items that cannot be returned/refunded?

Yes - usually this is just damaged or used items. However, returns and refunds are granted under our discretion, so if you are unsure, please contact us.

If I return an item, will I receive a refund for my original delivery costs?

Usually we will not refund the original delivery costs. However, under our discretion, in certain circumstances the original shipping costs will be refunded. You will be notified if this is the case.

We understand that getting your items to you quickly is really important, so we make every effort to process your order as quickly as possible. You can expect to receive your parcel about 2-3 days after dispatch but processing and delivery can take up to 10 working days. (Go On, Postman Pet!).The reason fo this is that we are a small business and working really hard to improve our delivery processes. Our promise to you is that we will keep you informed of our delivery process, keep track of your orders and ensuring your package arrives safely at your door.
